- SOW are a free to use local service, offering a number of original and bespoke walks around the Portsmouth area that will fire your imagination.
- SOW uses local, knowledgeable and experienced guides who are passionate about sharing a wide range of facts and social history

- Find a date and am or pm time slot that suits you
- Add the Walk that most interests you with all contact details
- We are preparing new Walks covering subjects including The Battle of Southsea, and The Cockleshell Heroes, so please ask if there is a particular area of interest and we may be able to accommodate.
- Return the What Interests You form by email to enable us to tailor your Walk where possible
- We can provide German, French or Spanish speaking Guides with some notice
- We are wheelchair, children & dog friendly and will on occasion temper the information provided to protect young earsπ
- We use the pavements and cross public roads, so you will remain responsible for your familyβs own safety, we have a 100% safety record and donβt want to lose it anytime soon π
- Meeting times are generally either 1045 & 1345, but flexible by request if it fits the group, but never worry if arriving late, we will direct you to a postcode if catching up πββοΈ
- Our Photography Policy requests that unless approval to share group images is given on the Walk, we will only display individual images by permission or where you post them yourselves
- Any request considered within reason, especially if there is a birthday or special occasion for your visit to Portsmouth- we love surprises ππ
